What a wonderful couple of days in Harrogate last Friday and Saturday, exhibiting at the Annual Conference of the NAHT - the School Leaders' Union.
Not only was the sun shining and Harrogate looking glorious (we couldn't get into Betty's Tea Shop sadly, but had to 'make do' with the Ivy next door!) ... there was plenty of enthusiasm from delegates and co-exhibitors alike.
We had a fabulous response to our Reach for the Sky grant funding (from the Civil Aviation Authority and Department for Transport), with many delighted school leaders signing up a their school on the spot as soon as they heard about our wonderful free remotely delivered Moon Landing Coding Adventure, which is available for them to run in their schools for pupils aged 5-8.
Just a reminder:
🌕 🚀 Anyone can nominate a school here if you haven't already: www.getwiththeprogram.org.uk/reach-for-the-sky
Lots of schools with students aged 5-14 also signed up for our free Bupa Coding Days:
🌎 Our Net Zero Coding Adventure for 11-14 year-olds (next Bupa Coding Day Series is in June/July)
🍎 Our Healthy Lunch-Bot Coding Adventure for 5-11 year-olds (the next Bupa Coding Day for this age range is 17th June)
If you haven't already, you can sign up for these here!: www.getwiththeprogram.org.uk/bupa
Huge thanks also to my fellow exhibitors and the organisers for the lovely chats, selfies (with and without AL the Robot), advice and shared experiences - a lovely event all round and it was great to come across some many wonderful people and companies!
