About Get with the Program Ltd

Get with the Program Ltd (hereafter referred to simply as Get with the Program) is a social enterprise which develops exciting interactive theatre events which help children learn about the amazing potential of technology. Our mission is to inclusively inspire today’s students to become the tech innovators of the future! You can find out more about what we do on our homepage.

Payment terms for Corporate Sponsorship

The Corporate Partner agrees to pay Get with the Program a fixed cost for the provision of services and products as set out in Get with the Program’s Coding Adventure Social Value Proposal for Funding (‘the Proposal’).

​

Payment is to be made within 30 days of Get with the Program’s invoice date.
 

Once payment has been received, Get with the Program will fulfil the obligations set out in the Proposal in accordance with Get with the Program’s current School Liaison Standard Operating Procedures (School Liaison SOP). Product Delivery to Schools

In line with Get with the Program’s School Liaison SOP, each school will be provided with an account to access the sponsored STEM resources.  
 

Volunteers

The Corporate Partner will be responsible for recruiting, briefing, and managing their own volunteers. To support this process and ensure smooth coordination of the sponsored event, a volunteer co-ordination pack is available on request via getintouch@getwiththeprogram.org.uk.

Social media and marketing

Get with the Program Ltd and Corporate Partners may use any feedback received about the coding adventures in their social media and/or for marketing purposes.

 

Get with the Program will obtain the school’s permission to publish and quote any feedback received.

​

Product delivery

Should Get with the Program encounter any difficulties performing its obligations as set out in the Proposal it will liaise with the Corporate Partner as appropriate.

Intellectual Property

Get with the Program’s products as described in the Proposal will remain the Intellectual Property of Get with the Program. The products can only be used in the future with express permission of Get with the Program.

Termination

Get with the Program reserves the right to terminate the sponsorship and product access if the Corporate Partner is unable to pay its debts and/or if the Corporate Partner is brought into disrepute or for any other appropriate reason.
