We went on an Eco Coding Adventure!

What an incredible afternoon we've had at the Great Missenden Church of England Combined School running an in-person Eco Coding Adventure assembly for 64 Year 3s!

Our Eco Coding Adventure focuses on reducing waste whilst shopping, which helps children combine their concerns for the environment with problem-solving using computing! Today we saw some awesome coding in action and the children working together problem solving and debugging when the code didn't quite run as expected the first time. Great work! 🤖

This coding adventure experience was made possible due to the funding support received from the fabulous team at 8x8 and the amazing volunteers who joined us today, and of course the wonderful teaching and admin team at the school.

Such a great way to spend an afternoon learning!
