The amazing team at Cielo is sponsoring a Coding Adventure for the City of London Primary Academy Islington (COLPAI).
What does this mean?...we hear you say. Well, later this month COLPAI will be running a remote Coding Adventure, of their choice, for FREE!
Through the generosity of Cielo, an estimated 120 Key Stage 1 children aged 5-7 will receive an in-class fun and interactive learning experience. Together with virtual guidance from 'Professor' Trice and AL the Robot, they will learn key terms in the computing curriculum as they use coding and problem solving all without the use of a computer! And what's more, volunteers from Cielo will be on-hand to assist the children whilst they go through the tasks providing additional support to the teaching team.
This is an incredible opportunity for the school at a time when funding for extra-curricular activities is hard to find and maybe, just maybe, through this kind act, Cielo will have enabled that spark in some of the children to become tech innovators of the future!
