Coding during World Space Week

🚀 We're nearly at the end of an incredible World Space Week! 🌙✨

We’ve loved having so many young people across England take on our Moon Landing Coding Adventure, putting their coding skills to the test as they navigate AL the Robot towards the lunar surface. 💻👩‍🚀

With the support of the Reach for the Sky grant, awarded to Get with the Program by the UK Civil Aviation Authority and the Department for Transport, 3,226 children across 26 schools and organisations have been part of this exciting mission, including:

🚀 William Byrd Primary Academy, Middlesex

🚀 Cockerham Parochial Church of England Primary School, Lancashire

🚀 Morehall Primary School, Kent

🚀 St. Stephen's Junior School, Kent

🚀 Elham Church of England Primary School, Kent

🚀 Willow Wood Community Primary School, Tyne & Wear

This is exactly why we do what we do ... to make space, technology and coding accessible, exciting and inspiring for the next generation of innovators. 🌟

To all our young astronauts, coders and mission teams: mission accomplished! 🎉🌕🚀

Thank you for joining us on this adventure, and don’t forget to keep exploring, keep coding and keep reaching for the sky. 👩‍🚀💻✨
